I need to lodge an apology.

Inquired further regarding information released. Apparently the Judgement will not be release publicly as HH was advised that both parties had arrived at an agreeable settlement, therefore there was no need for release.

The results being available on-line now was misinterpreted/misunderstood by me.

Apparently what was meant was, the results have been released, the are listed on-line . They are available on the ASX site
