I wish I could answer all you questions. The Tech sector works very different from traditional businesses, just have a look to the beginnings of Facebook or Google. I am far from an expert in the field but I believe the NWZ can build something amazing but I am very clear that there is a lot of work that needs to be done before celebrating.
