If the patents and product didn't make any value first time around why would you or anyone else think diferently for another attempt. It was a very weak product.

Shareholders will be lucky to ever see a dime, they are at the bottom of the list after debt repayent,government,financial institutions,other creditors, suppliers,other companies, preferred shareholders (if any) and then finally last of all common shareholders.
