Revenue : AUD495m
Free Cash est: 237m
EPS= 237m/261m = 90c
SP = EPS x PE = 0.90 x 10?
Future SP towards $9.00, Mkt Cap of $2,349m
This could take 2 or 3 years to unfold though.
Its not easy to predict the PE. Orica have 12, Dulux have 19.6, sector av is 11.
10 is probably close to the mark.
NC’s call of $10 or more is looking good to me !
