    Good post
I'm in a very similar situation, bought in at the wrong time and got hammered, still see value in the Oroton brand and I wont call it a sell at these levels but a decent bounce may see me exit unless they have some decent news coming.
What worries me is the Gap stores more so than the Asian ones.
Gap really doesn't fit with high end exclusive fashion, Brookes Brothers could have been billed as that in Australia but to be honest it was launched more like a discount fashion brand.
If we can exit Gap at a reasonable price ie: anything LOL, then I think it's worth still supporting the Asian strategy, without Brooke Brothers and Gap the earnings would have looked half decent over the last year and we'd still be sitting on a decent pile of cash and easily supporting a shareprice starting with a 4.

In summary I think Brookes Brothers was poorly launched and Gap just isn't really appropriate for Australian tastes, I like it but nobody else seems to (I'm a fashion retard).
I Looove the Oroton brand but poor investments like this will keep me shopping at Kmart for a while
