	I'm of the mind that market cap does not matter (within reason) when buying shells. Quality of managment and timing is paramount.

Option A) A$5m shell with management which has skin in the game, track record of delivering multibaggers and announced that they will be delivering a tech acq.

OR Option B) A $2m shell which may acquire a tech at some point in the future but could be months or years away...or perhaps never.

To me Option A is a no brainer.

Timing is everything.

I hold one on your list.
