Not sure what to make of this thread but I wouldn't consider NEA to be a penny stock. It's delivering revenue, is expanding into US and is in a sound financial position. In the short term these type of stocks are sought for capital gains, depending on your investment strategy.
FLT down from $31 to $4 during GFC didnt provide good value for those who bought in leading up to share price collapse. Dividends provided little value for those shareholders? Ditto WOW, down 30% from this years highs? BHP? SGH anybody?
Lots of penny stocks have gained significant value over the years - LNG?
