Sorry, far too micro for me. Wayne's background in mining and consulting is certainly interesting but I'm almost purely industrials.
I know his time is very concentrated on YOW, obviously you can't mess big corps like Wal-Mart around and given comments on intl expansion suggest the time spend is likely increasing.
