So ST with the future outlook of IO looking on the downside as you say then why is Todd interested in FMS?
To me Todd obviously feel that this low will only be short lived and that is why they are trying to lock as into this option and in a couple of years reap the rewards, why don't we do the same as most of us have waited this long!
Would you wait for a property market crash before you sold or would you wait for it to rebound.
