There is no justification for this assumption whatsoever. Which part of the contractors need money to pay for real expenses didn't you understand? No way they would put an escrow on the shares.
You have to remember that it was AGO that came begging to them, not the other way around. Even the SP at 5c in the range from 5-10c is in the contractors favor.
You are dreaming if you think this wont be a bloodbath tomorrow.
