You raised many good points, the most loving wife can turn into an evil monster, I know of cases where the wife has brainwashed the children in order to manipulate the system. My first wife turned into a complete head case and tried to sabotage my business by using the family court, the only way to handle these situations is to not cave in by getting you (the man) to feel guilty. I went in hard, I got the house, I got the kids, I kept my business and I represented myself in court. Too many men get guilted into accepting that the wife deserves the car, the house, the kids. This is BS, To all men go fight them, and represent yourself, you will be financially much better off. Women want a level playing field, then take it to them.
