    (1) Buyers and sellers risk

    Todd's approach of using an option to minimise their downside risk is an issue for them NOT FMS. That is the buyer's risk and not FMS' problem

    (2) Forecasts re IO price

    Whether it goes up or down no-one really knows. But that is not the point.

    If FMS goes into care and maintenance, it is not a issue.
