The lack of an announcement this morning is all a bit unusual IMHO. I would of thought that despite the ASX's rules on 'Continuous Disclosure' (see http://www.asx.com.au/documents/rules/Chapter03.pdf), that Anteo would of been singing this from the rooftops to the market.
I know, I know, it has been tweeted by Anteo and published on their website, but I don't believe either constitutes disclosure to the ASX. I hope GC and co don't get a slap on the wrist from the ASX over this.
