The company has stated that they have been approached and in discussion with sophisticated investors and the likes from the US. If I remember correctly a few months ago they claimed that they had an interest in getting a listing on the US exchange, which suggests that they are aiming to get in to the US, which would explain why share price went down on news of a JV being in india despite it being a solid JV, because investors were hoping for a US one.
