disagree with 'maximum shareholder return' when dilution rates will be so much higher without boosting the sp prior. i've talked to peter many times about dilution in the past, with both of us agreeing that the sp increase with the dilution kinda nullifies the effect, but we are talking quite a big dilution here, right near when good news could rocket it up.
