According to the preso their target for strata communities is 10%, 20,00GW of the national electricity market of $37 billion - that is 5 times their first target of 2% 400GW.
2% target is 400GW*$22,000/GW = $88mill revenue *17.5% = $15.4 mill earnings
10% target 20,000GW*$22000/GW= $440mill revenue *17.5% = $77 mill earnings
If their margin is 17.5%

Mcap of 4 times ebit is $60 mill, then $300mil mcap.

With earnings from 5-10 yr contracts this eventually should pay dividends.
dividend payout ratio of say 50% on $77mill could be 2.2c dividend, based on 1.7b shares diluted.

Thats just for the strata communities - add in growth from other connected devices of the internet of things....
