I received the hard copy of the Notice of General Meeting, Explanatory Memorandum and Proxy Form. Well actually, two proxy forms. One blank and one green, predetermined to protect the current Directors positions and income.
I trust that shareholders will use their own intelligence to complete the white, blank form to ensure that the current Board is removed and replaced with a pro-active one that has a plan. The current Board continues to make vague assertions that they are seeking early cash flow projects. Good luck!
Nothing of value has been disclosed and no specific mention of any such projects being considered.
The cash reserves of the Company are dwindling and the current Board appear to be sitting on their hands, still !
At least the proposed new Board have a plan to reinvigorate the Company along with the stated support and co-operation of the largest indigenous shareholder in our Company's Northern Manganese projects. This is crucial and something the current Board have apparently not obtained.
It is clear that the time has definitely come for fresh blood in the Company and I think we have no alternative at this late stage in the Company's history but to replace the current Board of hand wringers with a fresh, new, pro-active Board to at least give us a chance of improving our wealth.
