That's not the point we get the need for a CR to help move to company forward, its more to the deal management has gotten in regards to raising the funds, i understand it is a tough market to raise fund but surely we didn't have to give away 20% of the farm for it and the options I have no idea what management were thinking when they accepted that part of the deal, especially with the most recent raising...
