I understand the need to raise capital and I support that because I know that will happen when I invest in small caps. There will always be some dilution. but I will be voting against this. The options are way over the top. The little people should have been given the chance as well. This top management needs to spend less time in one on one discussions with the odd shareholder and focus on adding net value to the company which is very different from doing deals all over the place. Is there a strategic plan in place? I am beginning to have my doubts.
