what part of their decision ( I think that's the word you were striving for) are you questioning? their failure to involve a placement to sophs. the fact that they just didn't give it all to RF at the 18c discount but offered it to the holders or the fact that they need money to bring their plans to fruition?
Just wondering what the screams would have been if it all went to RF at 18c?
cr 's are an unfortunate fact of life at this end of the market. I just think people are misreading this one and question the extent of any resultant overhang which is the major short to medium term negative of a raising.
those who are covering their cost of take up, well I could maybe understand it above 20c. but for a pip or two, I personally couldn't be f'd. (or does that sound to much like Linda Evangalista.)
