....the 4C does not not report profitability..it reports only the cash position of the company at a point in time only, in this case June 30th 2015,...
...profit/profitability is measured over a period of time e.g a half year - from January 1st 2015 to June 30th 2015 and includes revenue and expenses, both cash and credit in nature and also incudes some non cash items (e.g depreciation) ....cash and profit are not the same thing and will always be different...
Many businesses can show they are profitable yet are unable to meet their debt obligations as they fall due..ie they do not have cash in the bank or access to overdraft facilities (the reason why spec companies need to raise capital from shareholders and sophs)...if they cant raise funds they close the doors..
imo, this 4C is largely irrelevant...the cash position we know will be negative, personally I don't care whether it this or that $M...i will be looking forward to other announcements on EOFY 2016 and 2017 revenue and profitability projections, future cash flow projections as well as additional regen/product and vax developments in future years
