Rusty, today's capital raising announcement was basically a copy of the previous capital raising announcement on May 22. Pretty much the same wording. People like you also thought the $4m was for capex.

A/ People like me never thought the $4m you question was for capex nor did I ever mention capex ATT. The 1st round of capex is today's funding.

How much of those $4m has been spent on capex?
A/ Non, wasn't assigned for capex.

"Why do you think any of these $5m will be spent on capex?"
A/ $5ml assigned to capex, announced by the companies CEO. Unless you believe Ryan is misleading.

A/ Barges will be purchased or leased, not built, funding has been included in the capex

A/ Why not, the MLA and ML is a given after appeal.

A/ Current Infill Drilling costs are currently covered in the capex.

A/ Yep right there, but production camp site is covered in the capex.

A/ Delusional statement, my numbers have matched precisely to data presented by AVQ and by independent analysis's, but...OK your call..... hope it really is "the end of it"
