Well no surprises here, Russia uses it's Veto to block international tribunal to investigate MH-17 - And in doing so showing it's true hand that all it's claims about Ukraine being responsible has been nothing but unfounded propaganda
If Russia believed their own claims they would of supported the tribunal, simple.
Actions speak louder than words and by using a veto to block the tribunal they've just proven to the world they have something to hide.
