lol, I can think of a much better way to reduce corporate and administrative expenses. I don't need to go into detail though, because im sure 9 out of10 retail holders are thinking the same.

and its not like NWE are putting out norwesterly's very often these days, so where is the extra expense communicating with shareholders?? oh yeh, sending out SPP paperwork as often as they do.
