whats the catch here 15 mil cash,m/c of 16 mil a huge coal mine for $1 and funding through to production 2016 without any dilution , i know coals not sexy but if you buy it right it becomes so very quick ,previous owners Vale to help along the way, ann'ted today blimey seems ok to me
