I honestly wish every single one of you to make $$ on this but when I saw 8% as a discount rate my 1st reaction was WTF??? I havent had the time to check all the other numbers but that seems pretty optimistic. That would be a BHP like number, FMG was asked to offer a 9% yield just on their bonds, here we have just under $1bn capex no history of selling to customers and a discount rate of 8%???
Am I missing something?
