this company spins and sells very well - to customers and shareholders alike.

i get the motivation by management, with CR pending.  it will need to be significant too, cash burn is high.  perhaps a 33% dilution for $5m cash at 10% discount to sophisticated investors.

i say get out now, get back in after CR.  be wary of the big global anouncement/CR combo soon to come!
