Mate OKJ is no different to all the recent mining companies which have changed business to software/IT companies. It has liquid listed assets and cash and that's about it so therefor it could be considered a shell play. Would be quite possible to bring in a new asset, capital structure is favourable at present. Micro cap miners are struggling at present and I believe the board maybe considering other options at present to create shareholder value. Not sure what you are on about in regards to a possible delisting as it appears to be complying with the listing rules. All my thoughts are entirely speculation.....
