Not that much, about the same as my gym membership. But we're talking at the margin here.
Dr Spruiker/Wilson indicated this would just be passed onto renters. As the good Dr should know from his studies, that depends on whether or not they have pricing power, which in turn depends on vacancy rates/availability of other rentals. If they try and renters call their bluff... then they have no rent + $16 a week extra. Interesting one!
