You nailed it down well. That is the biggest news for me as well.
Plus they already have received interest from Australia and Overseas in regards to Peer Pass... this can be big something like PayPal in P2p setting...
Another plus that they have cash close to 780k plus 100k R&D and expenditure reduction plus further reduction when Market boomer is gone...
So all good... however, I would not mind if they raise cash once they do acquisition...
