Has all the hallmarks of a backdoor- new directors get >10% of capital for 300k (in a crossing -can anyone confirm this?) and then let me geuss- the new directors restructure 10 for 1, then do a capital raising to them selves/mates to get properly set (after the price is at around 5 cents) and then take it for a run! My bet is they will not be in a hurry to put any new assets in as they still have some cash for overheads. too smelly for me- but thats only my opinion- they could have the world best asset- but if they did they would want more than 10% cheers SF
