It's been from about a month ago up to .037ish then taken a drive back to .027 and since then it has been slowly accumulated to this point and made announcement of the stuff to do with the cars and also made another revenue statement which is a set of steps up.
this one is soon due for an upward run to challenge it's conventional highs.
