Not a particularly good article in the SMH and certainly not worthy of emphasis 4 months latter.
The quote the journalist referred to attributed to the Auditor Ernst & Young is contained in the annual report at Page 34 under the heading "Emphasis of matter" the auditors report was signed by Graham Ezzy and dated Sept 29th 2014. I was always under the impression an auditors report contained in an annual report was reference to a point in time, in this case June 30th 2014.
Makes me question the Journalist that uses a quote that out of date.
Does this change anything probably not. But a lot has changed since June 30th 2014. Is it enough to save Lynas, we will have to wait and see.
The reality is LYC is a speculative stock, I thought the news since March such that it is worth a toe in. Although I came in a little premature (June) As a speculative stock its worth a punt but no more that I am prepared to lose.
This is not a stock that is going to make us rich. Unless the Chinese decide to double prices.
As for the comment "LOOK AT THE FN DATE" it reflect more on the poster
