It will take the form a series of announcements.Also the positive trial results as I Illustrated before are of such a big magnitude that it will be worth over 1 dollar to sp, then the Genentech licensing deal is worth about 1-1.50 . So you can see that by the time they have to disclose that they are selling the company it will be over $5 and from there the premium gets built on. Also this doesnt include the superb next quarter profit comparison which would be worth even more.
