    Timing obviously out but not the end of 2015 yet!!

    Makes some good points re price of nickel and NPI and its higher costs and much larger pollution problems and Indonesian ban ( they want to mine the ore and export the finished products thus keeping jobs in Indonesia)
    Chinese stockpiles of higher quality nickel ore at a tipping point due to ban etc
