Directors resiging... do you not think there is a reason for that??

Geez, quiet thread.... Anybody out there or all just lost interest?
Does anyone understand the reason/s for directors resigning from this company in recent times? Let's just say I understand it's hardly an endorsement of the Chairman!
As a holder of course I want the SP to skyrocket but from what I understand, do not back this company on the solidity of some of its practices pertaining to such things as announcements.
Well it's a free forum... feel free to contradict me here because I'd love to be wrong!
