Permits are always a big hurdle and it looks like some clever work to get a mining contractor involved. Probably good for the contractor too to secure some work so win/win there. The dilution of shares is not too great and hopefully this is the end of it and the business can go cash positive for awhile and source funds for the future from the banks.
