It is an interesting possibility.
I know one of the criticisms of the Matamata that I have heard is that the structure looks good, but the source rocks were an unknown quantity. I seem to remember Simon saying something along those lines at the AGM but indicating that they had a better understanding of the sources now.
I don't know what is covered by the seismic for the offshore Suriname blocks but is it possible that it could help in their understanding of the Matamata structure's sources and reduce their drilling risk?
