I think we all know the answer to that Metal. The disappointing thing though (for shareholders) is that not a single director will lose a single cent. Could the board and management even be called independent ?
For years those on the company's pay role have received generous sinecures; all the while making decisions that have served only to benefit themselves and others; not their shareholders. That is definitely not a definition of good leadership. If it is reality, as some posters suggest, then I for one have been naive in the extreme.
