TT delays have strung long term holders on for over a year(as well as ST holders now).
It's only fair that the directors can wait for free options now. At least wait until some SP appreciation occurs? Most likely becuase of the limited time to fill pockets before t/o happens?
It seems like managment have a very short term time frame in mind regarding this companies future. It appears they are setting things up for the quick takeover. Rushed finance deals and golden handshakes seem to be the order of the month.
It's definately not in the inerests most holders on HC.
As good a information resourse as PF is, he and management will live happy ever after regardless of PLS reaching its maximum potential.
Vote NO and make managment work a bit harder!
