You can either watch and wait or grab more pie like I did today. Loaded up the offset-mortgage with some at 11.5..... Breaking all the rules on this one. Hindsight is a terrible thing when I think about those days not to long ago when we languished in the mid to high 3c area
Re Nagrom, you can focus on what didn't work out (short term), or look at the overall picture and in 3 months the TT conversation will be drowned out by positive news.
This was at 1c before NB got hold of Pilg!!
