Really feel for how many have spoken about our retiring board member Jon Mathews
Had many a conversation with him and a genuine bloke
None of this lot would have known that he had some real serious health issues leading into the last AGM and if had been me would have retired back then-no he continued on and implemented the KPI'S for management and did a splendid job with them
I am going to miss my discussions on all things Linc and outside the company.

Now if the company had been able to Hedge all US oil at above $80 a barrel then we would have been sitting reasonably well
