Why didn't AGS go all the way with the latest Court Action and receive the Judge's Decision on the Sales Rights.?

With that, would a positive Decision by the Judge attract further Buyers/interest and/or a higher Sale price than the 74m atm from Quasar?

FO You're right, Its a big world/stage out there and the Directors of AGS have been found wanting. In my opinion only!

Its no use flogging a dead horse. imo
