This company had a change of direction which means that everything had to be done at Par Value (20c)
Therefor the reconstruction was a must by ASX rules and Regulations
Oppurtunity was given to all to participate in the prospectus
After many years this company is finally heading in the right direction
I believe that both Entek and Gulf X shareholders will be handsomely rewarded sooner rather than later
Both companies are very much under capped as per comparisons with many other ASX companies with what i believe are outstanding assets
The coming weeks and months should prove very signiicant for the above two companies
