I'm just saying TNG does not appear to me to be a stand out proposition from a financial POV. It's not a failure either - it depends IMO on Woojin/POSCO's perception of the future of the Vanadium market. But think about it, if all you're interested in is Vanadium for your steel making processes you can buy many, many years worth of the stuff off-the-shelf for a BILLION dollars....
