In actual fact I was just about to say,prior to seeing this post,that Flory wouldnt go chucking nearly $100K into his own company without being pretty sure how the offtake was going to come out.

It cant be withholding info if the deal hasnt been finalised/signed.More than likely he knows its close and hence the acquisition.

I know I wouldnt chuck this much cash into a company prior to a potential company making deal unless I was sure how it was going to come out.That doesnt mean it has been actually signed off on though.

Well not quite that much anyway.

But things have pointed to such a postive outcome ever since Flory got Barclays as his advisors and zinc fundamentals have held so strong.

Imo this has been the easy part!

As Wilf says there would be,at the very least,some interesting questions if he did say ann a deal Monday.But ultimately why should this be seen as not legal.It really is the ultimate show of confidence in what the company is achieving.

The timing for the potential deal was given as June and this annmnt fits nicely with that timing.There would be legals/paperwork to sort but essentially a meeting that has confirmed a preliminary agreement has probably taken place.Now for the formalised deal signing and an annmnt,and that we should see in a couple of weeks,perhaps a little sooner,who knows?

Me and MF I guess,and a few others that possibly bought today I guess,and the other many holders that have taken position in Aim for its current project development.
