Ann: CQA Signs Term Sheet -Acquisition of Property Connect Inc, page-2

Any other CQA tragic had a look at this? While it isn't what I really wanted (and what I wanted was for them to stick to their agricultural roots and prosper in that area - which has been going generally well for almost everyone else.....) But CQA has come up with this plan. At first glance, I thought - oh god here we go again....But hopped on the Property Connect website - it actually bloody worked. And I note there is one here in Australia - does not claim any relation but at least one of the photos/artwork looks extremely similar so I guess they share a womb. Now if this concept goes global....or even settles for the US, Europe, and Australia....It could be big. The downside is seeing an almost 17:1 consolidation....I got my CQA's cheap before they swirled in the gurglar....But still looking at a 90% hit.....but that beats a zero return. And with the backing the PC crowd have in the IT/innovation industry.....this is a maybe maybe....IF it takes off, and I can honestly see it happening - with worldwide rental markets (may I suggest Korea and Japan as well)....It could be very successful if they move swiftly and brilliantly. So has CQA stumbled to something successful....or is this a whim going nowhere? I've had a good look around...and thinking the former - but time is of the essence....they have at best a two-year window to gain market superiority and position. Interesting outcome though, I'd really totally lost faith in the management to come up with anything beyond a complete tax write-off.
