No. They have contracted to sell UP TO 115m shares to raise the money. The price for the IPO will be set as per the plan. The OPENING price may stay the same or similar or may spike because of high demand. We will see. News is what will back the price up. Although there could be a serious rerate start at any time as the US warms to ddRNAi. Now they have a vested interest they might all of sudden fall in love with it.
