The below statement is just my option.
I think the Albion tanks are still a bottle neck and they are dropping throughput to increases retention time in the tanks to increase recoveries. This would also help in reducing there costs.
Now if BJ could put out clear and concise information in a consistent format we would not need to be guessing.
