if you read the annual report and the supplement that came with it from RSG Global (I think they are called that), then you may find your answer.
First off, its not a mine yet - I'm sure you meant to say tenements anyway !
Second, it was WAGE and not Extract that secured the original tenements. I think the EPL runs out next year, so they better start applying to re-new it !
WAGE was owned by Coronet Resources at the time, and Coronet had this tenement all bundled up early 2004 I think, or even earlier.

jockstar - you are right in that the EPLA 3439 is not a given. But after what Bannerman was granted, and the fact the Extract is playing it by the book, I think the chances are very very favourable don't you !
